Debra Lynn Messing (born 15 August 1968) is an American actress, known for portraying Grace Adler in the American television series Will & Grace as well as for her work in several films.
She also stars as Molly Kagan in the television series The Starter Wife. Messing has been nominated several times for Emmy Awards and Screen Actors Guild Awards, and has won one of each, as well as a number of other entertainment industry awards.
